This is one of our signature dishes. The flavor of the curried ackee combined with the Asian-inspired papaya dipping sauce is truly amazing. The wontons can be assembled and frozen in a zip-top bag for weeks ahead of time. That way, when you have some impromptu guests, you will always have something to pop in the fryer for a quick and easy snack.
Swap option: A good substitute filling we often do is black bean and corn with cilantro.
