Longtime "Summer House" co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson have confirmed they are dating after rampant speculation, fueling an already dramatic Season 10 release.

The new couple shocked fans after revealing their secret romance in a joint statement March 31 on their respective Instagram stories.

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” the statement, which Batula and Wilson individually posted, said.

“It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it," they continued.

Confirmation about the Bravo stars' romance comes amid weeks of online speculation about the nature of their relationship following Batula's split from estranged husband Kyle Cooke in January.

The rumors also hint of possible tension between Batula and close friend and co-star Ciara Miller, who had an on-and-off romance with Wilson for years.

Who Are West Wilson and Amanda Batula?

Batula and Wilson are both current stars of Bravo's "Summer House." Batula has appeared on the show since Season 1, and the show documented the beginning of her relationship with Cooke, whom she married in 2021.

Wilson joined the show in Season 8, which premiered in 2024.

Their joint statement March 31 confirming their romance comes on the heels of Batula’s split from Cooke, which they announced on Instagram in January.

“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” Batula and Cooke wrote, per People. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”

Batula and Cooke's marital struggles have featured prominently on "Summer House," including a Season 3 confession from Cooke that he had cheated on Batula.

Meanwhile, Wilson has been involved for several years in an on-and-off dynamic with Batula’s friend Ciara Miller, another castmate. Batula expressed gratitude for Miller's support during her breakup during an interview with Marie Claire published in March 2026.

"It would have been a very difficult summer to get through without Ciara. She is one of the kindest, most loving, loyal friends I’ve ever had. She sends me texts out of the blue, reminding me how strong, powerful, smart, and kind I am — I don’t think she even realizes how much I need those texts," Batula said.

Miller and Wilson started dating while filming Season 8 in the summer of 2023 before breaking up that December. But the sparks never fully faded. In Season 10, which is currently airing and was filmed in the summer of 2025, Wilson and Miller continue to flirt, with the door seemingly open to a rekindling.

In Batula's March interview, she also revealed Wilson had also helped her during her separation from Cooke, saying Wilson was "supportive" in "ways (she) wasn’t even aware of when filming."

"It’s not performative; it’s just really authentic to who West is. He checks Kyle and puts him in his place, and you’ll continue to see him be there for me throughout the season," Batula said.

What Did Amanda Batula and West Wilson Say in the Joint Statement?

Batula and Wilson explained in their March 31 statement their “connection” developed from a “genuine, longstanding friendship.”

“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected,” they wrote.

“As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling,” they added. “We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”

Just days before releasing the statement, Wilson denied the rumors involving him and Batula on "Watch What Happens Live." He said they had "just been hanging out."

"If it's not clear, that's a very important person to me, and I care about her a lot," he said on March 24. "That's a friend. Hope it's clear."

Have Ciara Miller or Kyle Cooke Reacted?

TODAY.com has reached out to reps for Batula, Wilson, Miller and Cooke for comment.

While neither Miller nor Cooke has commented publicly on the confirmed "connection" between their exes, as of March 31, Miller does not follow Wilson and Batula on Instagram.

Miller's first Instagram post since the release of Wilson and Batula's statement was of her interviewing the stars of "Your Friends & Neighbors" on the red carpet of its Season 2 premiere on March 30.

In one clip from her interviews, Miller asked show star Jon Hamm how he's feeling.

"Wonderful, thank you, how are you?" Hamm said.

"I'm good. Well, I've been better," Miller responded.

Before their statement, Cooke was asked about the speculation regarding Wilson and Batula on "Watch What Happens Live" March 10. He called the rumors "outrageous" and said, "I don't think there's any merit to it."

Asked how he'd react if it was true, Cooke said, "It would certainly catch me by surprise and feel a little reckless, and I think I'd probably be the last person people would be worried about.

"I think Ciara would probably have something to say," he added. "But if it made Amanda happy, I think I would just have to vote yay."

What's Happening with 'Summer House'?

"Summer House" Season 10 is currently airing. New episodes air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. Episode 9 aired on March 31.

After Wilson and Batula released their statement, Bravo's Andy Cohen confirmed the Season 10 cast reunion has not yet been filmed.

"My team is getting ready for THE SUMMER HOUSE REUNION! Send me all of your questions for the cast NOW and let me know where you’re from in the question!" he posted on X March 31.
