The easiest way to take your rice from good to very good — and actually make it work for you — is to swap out the water for bone broth. Just like that, you've got rich, flavorful rice full of protein, collagen and extra nutrients. Stick with the plain version for versatility or try the two combos I come back to again and again: a zesty cilantro-lime or a bold, tomato infused Mexican rice. They're flavorful enough to stand on their own but still play nice with just about anything on your plate.
